Speakers: the chairpersons of your sessions should have been in touch with you already concerning details and timing of your presentation.

• We ask that you prepare a PowerPoint or PDF presentation - Wide screen (16:9) if possible - and upload it at the link provided by the chairperson at the latest by Monday 15 May.

• Important: if you are presenting in person in Sitges will NOT be possible to project from your own computer - you will need to use the computer set up for the speakers.

• If you are presenting remotely, you can present your own slides, but please upload a copy of your slides to the link provided so that we have it in case you experience any difficulty.

 

Poster presenters:

• Please use the templates provided for physical posters if you are in Sitges or e-Poster if you are not,

• Physical posters: please put up your poster on the spot provided (corresponding to your poster number) when you arrive. Poster viewing sessions will be organized during the coffee and lunch breaks and we will let you know before hand which day and time you should be near your poster 

• e-Posters: we will show these in a rotating fashion on the screen in the main room

• For your flash talk presentation please refer to instructions above for speakers.
